Your choice on the stadium is between Major League Baseball (the organization) and the people of DC.
We all want baseball, but not at any cost. That would be irresponsible. If you choose at any cost, you give away much of the human infrastructure DC needs to grow and prosper as a diverse city.
The people of DC cannot afford the cost overruns. It’s the people who vote, not the owners of Major League Baseball. Your choice will be reported in all corners of this city, and the people will make their choice when you run for reelection.
The choice is very easy if you want to continue to serve the people of DC..
Sincerely,
DC Resident and Voter
