Doing a protest without a permit is not empowering anyone, it is leaving youself open to be victimize by the Police. This is the reason DAWN doesn't get more people, especially of color, to its meetings. You are not serious. What working person wants to get arrested, miss work, jeopardize his legal status, etc for a silly march.
