Folks need to take responsibility for their actions. Intended or not -- that's part of being an adult with a conscience (and common sense).

"I didn't mean for someone to get hit -- I was just firing my loaded gun down the street..."

People took some responsiblity but you are acting like this was something that people planned to happpen. People knew not too be on the streets and she was on the streets and sadly she accidentaly got hit. When someone fires a gun down the street there ussually isn't orders for people to stay off the streets and the streets are not being borded up and their ussually are not a ton of riot police roaming around
