An activist police blotter?
If the arrests of non-violent "offenders" changed anything, there'd be no drug war. After all, possession of prohibited substances is a form of non-violent civil disobedience.
I can't stop bored, crazy people from going to jail, but their willingness to bolster the State makes it hard on those of us who aren't bondage fans, by creating the impression that arrested dissenters volunteered.
