Laws are "made up" all the time or should I say "enacted" that is what "Law-Makers" do. Who admits that the laws are unconstitutional, you people on here with less than steady brain wave activity?

Please point out the unconstitutional laws that are being enforced and why they are unconstitutional.

I think the US Government and by extension, the State is entitled and constitutionally bound to protect its citizen from foreign invasion. I'm sure if there was a million illegal Israelis in this country, people on this board would be besides themselves. Please lay off the drugs and try to think straight!

Immigration & legal residency status is a federal issue. That is why the constitutionality of the anti-immigrant laws being passed in prince william are in question. Giving the state the power to tell landlords who they can rent to, and giving local police a license to racialy profile stinks of facsism. I thought all you rednecks were in to "limited government"? Also, State governments are not "extensions" of the federal government...not yet anyway. This keeps power hungry local officials from being able to assume the full might of the U.S government, and imposing it on their towns or cities. By the way, there is no "foreign invasion" taking place you frickin moron. Latin americans have allways been here. They are now being singled out and scapegoated for failed economic policies, and good old fashioned racism.
