As of April 2008, Robert Lady and the rest are now scheduled to go on trial in Italy.

Of course they won't be honorable enough to be there. Perhaps they could be renditioned? If it were up to me, they would be.

The on-again/off-again trial of Robert Lady and the rest is on again, RIGHT NOW, Weds., April 16, 2008.

Of course, the trial could be delayed again, but I would watch for news (link above).
