Lynching is an extrajudicial punishment meted out by a mob. As there was no evidence of a mob, there was no lynching. Read your history books and check the dictionary for 'Lynching'.

A mob is defined as 2 or more persons. As there was no evidence of a struggle, the assailant was most undoubtedly not alone. Read your history books and check the dictionary for "lynching" again, Mr. (UN)educated White Man.
