Even if the video was an indictment of Bin Laden, which I seriously doubt, the tape surfaced 5 or 6 weeks into a bombing operation which up to that point had no evidence presented to implicate any group except Saudi Arabia by virtue of the fact that almost all of the hijackers were of Saudi origin. In other words, it was a little too late to start submitting evidence after you've been bombing Afghanistan back to the stone Age for 5 or 6 weeks.
