I saw the protests on TV and was disturbed by the police given free rein to employ their "Training" among protesters. It appeared to me by the Video I did see that the clubbing occured against protesters either smaller in stature or retreating. The poloce appeared to have to give full extension of their club wielding arms. this indicates to me that they had to reach to employ defensive measures, which thereupon makes it a Offensive measure. This is not the tactic of a peace officer, but is the tactic of a Military program.

Using undercover police to use brute force in a protest is something I would expect to see in a dictatorship
