This picture sums up the very idea of police in this country. Rob Fish was not committing any crime.
Neither was Rodney King, nor any of the innocent people that cops have shot in the back, nor the
man sodomized in the police bathroom while in custody.

Rob was particularly brave to have taken this picture while being beaten!! This picture should be the
poster for the IMF/WB/WTO demo in Washington, DC: April 2000. Non-violent protestors are
protected by the Constitution of the United States. What law is this policeman following?? Only
the law that protects multinational corporations from the people, the environment and the law
of soverign nations of the world.
