First of all, both the U$ and Israel have a lot of nerve for saying its somehow wrong for the residents of a land under occupation to shoot back. Second of all, the demonstrators who actually got shot were NOT armed. This is EXACTLY like Palestine in that the occupation soldiers claim to have been shot at, but took no casulties(which means either they lie or the gunmen are incredibly bad shots.)

If the Iraqis HAD been shooting, they would have been answered with either .50 caliber heavy machine gun fire, tank rounds, or even an airstrike. Much the same is true in Palestine. I wonder when the home demolitions and week-long neighborhood curfews will start-there already are checkpoints and suicide bombers!

Hey right-wingers-if foreign troops shot and bombed their way into the US and Bu$h signed a document of surrender, would you criticize Americans who rejected the surrender and continued to fight, whether they used peaceful protest, stone throwing, small arms or anything else? That attitude would have condemned the heroes of Flight 93 for rejecting the pilot's surrender of the jet to the hijackers and choosing to fight, saving hundreds of lives on the ground.
