The DC IMC will choose official liaisons to four global IMC lists:

• imc-communication
• imc-finance
• imc-tech
• imc-process

Although there are many global lists, most of the decisions and communications that are relevant to local IMCs take place on these four.

A liaison would have three responsibilities:

1. to read all of the posts on that list, and report back to the DC IMC on any topics that she/he thinks we should be informed about (including proposals and decisions made on the list)
2. communicate to the list on behalf of the DC IMC (after discussion at a general meeting) when input is requested from local IMCs
3. participate in discussion and list responsibilities when needed
