Streaming Media Help (Audio and Video)

Audio and video may either be played directly from the website ("streaming") or downloaded and played from your computer. These are some of the software applications that are used to play audio and video:

If you cannot play an audio or video file, you may be missing software necessary for your machine. The following is a list of free software which may resolve your problem:

When reporting a problem, please let us know exactly what's happening on your end, not just that it's "not working." Think of it like reporting something to a doctor. Just telling the doctor "I hurt!" isn't very helpful.

Some information that will help us solve your problem:

• What browser and version are you using (i.e., IE 6.0, Netscape 4.7, Opera, Safari, etc.)
• What operating system and version are you using (i.e., Windows 98, Windows XP, Mac OSX, Linux, etc.)
• What were you doing that might have caused a problem?
