You should have seen the "fish faces" ICC Study Team members were making as a reporter for WSQT made the rounds of the meeting asking for comments on this issue! Fish faces are appropriate, considering that this project woudl destroy the only wild trout stream in the entire Washington area.

After about five attempts, our WSQT reporter got the goods(and hooked the study team member good!) and told listeners to "remember this the next time you are on Metro and they have to empty the train."
