These ICC interchanges with Shady Grove Road, Redland Road, and Ga Ave have been the focus of the project since November. If they are finised late it will probably put the whole "Contract A" segment behind schedule.

None the less, massive tree removal and land clearing operations are NOW UNDERWAY and in some places nearly complete in the area from I-370 to Shady Grove Road. No roadbed has been bulldozed and indeed man-made obstacles associated with overpass construction stand in the way of trying to do that work now.

It is possible that tree removal is being done with an eye tyowards making environmetnal damage irreversable before the appeals court can rule on the ICC lawsuit. In other words, current construction scheduling may have as its focus an attempt to make the appeal moot!

Wagman Inc., ICC Constructors(aka IC3 Joint Venture), Shirley Contracting Company, LLC; Clark Construction Group, LLC; Guy F. Atkinson Construction, LLC; Facchina Construction Company, Inc. and Trumbull Corporation.

In addition to finding out where these assholes bank, we can use insurance company information, stockholder/stockbroker information, and expecially information on subcontractors and suppliers.

When we get good, reliable information on "public-contact" companies like banks, we are going to come down on them like Thor's Hammer!
