After she passed the banners and signs outside, protesters followed her in for the meeting. During Q&A, she agreed to hold a hearing on bill 17-0527(public property sales limits) at the same time as the hearing on her substitute bill(yet to be introduced).

She says the May 6 Committee of the Whole meeting is the target date to introduce her substitute bill(lacking the right of citizen legal action over fishy property sales).

She has made similar promises about scheduling a hearing on 17-0527 one and two months ago, and said the reason she has waited sooooo long was that she was "too busy" with other bills, particularily the sick/safe leave bill that legitimately needs to become law.
