DC Government violating constitution

the worldwide environmental movement encourages
reduction and ending of mowing... to save energy,
create oxygen, slow down global warming,
provide wildlife habitat, prevent 75,000 accidents
and some fatalities annually, etc.
DC Government violating constitution

Washington DC's city government is exceeding its authority
as well as violating the environment in ordering people
to cut down bushes under the guise that criminals can hide around
them. This has been held by some courts to be a violation of the 1st amendment's guarantees of freedom of religion and expression.

It was said that Ronald Reagan paved Vietnam.

The DC government should join the rest of the world
in reducing or eliminating the destruction of Mother Earth's flowering kimonos,
rainbow saris, and jade gowns not only to slow down global warming
but to provide wildlife habitat, conserve energy etc.

The flowering high bushes DC government is
ordering cut back are sanctuaries in which
the world's bees, whose colonies have in
many cases collapsed impacted by the lethal
insecticides of many companies, may hide
and flourish.

Environmentalists, animal rights activists,
and hunters have common ground. The hunting
organization National Wildlife Federation
encourages letting back yards grow wild.

Years ago the Washington Post editorialized in favor
of those who have fought compulsory mowing ordinances.

Re: DC Government violating constitution

"violating the environment". That's a new one. Where is this law?

Look, people are pruning some bushes. Please. Get. A. Grip.

Re: DC Government violating constitution

Washington Post editorial March 19, 1977 supporting
nonmowing:
"The tall grass can only benefit the citizens who seek the beauty of Rock Creek Park".

It is not that people are pruning bushes
(although removal of the White House Bush
through impeachment is called for) but that
the DC government is compelling the destruction
of greenery needed to slow down global heating.

Adrian Fenty, Washington DC mayor, (202) 727-2980 dc.gov

There have been many federal and local court
case victories. God cause Washington DC's
goverment through consciousness and legislation or through
court suit to abandon the shredding of Mother Earth's green garments.
