This ride is a global event occurring in cities around the world. In most places where the ride takes place outside the US, participants ride fully nude. They also do in places like San Francisco and organizers wanted to do that here-but Park Police responded to the idea with threats.

I DID see at least one totally nude male rider and a number of men with socks over genitals and nothing else-with no attempt by Park Police in McPherson Square or even at Penn Ave in front of the White House to deliver on their earlier threats.
