Re: Grassroots Campaigns, Inc. INC exploiding people
Re: Grassroots Campaigns, Inc. INC exploiding people
This place does sound shady. I've "interviewed" with them this past week (out of desperation). Suffice it to say it was less interview than orientation. 30 minutes and some softball questions later I was given a W4, rules and a "standard presentation" to memorize. It became very clear that they'll take anyone with a pulse who can walk. I personally HATE spam and telephone sales pitches and now I'm going to be asked to go door-to-door canvassing. They're paying a fraction above minimum if you don't hit the rather unrealistic donation quota, which is set at 80% of the weekly average or $100 in a day. It will be difficult but I'm going to ride it out with the blue-shirted students and see how long I last there.
